Response from SAHRC to complaints filed on 28 February 2013 with the Commission for Gender Equality, SA Human Rights Commission and Public Protector in Kill the Boer Concourt matter of Alien on Pale Blue v. Afriforum et al.

Complaint: AnthroCorpocentric Patriarchal Dominant culture/s Cultural and Gender discrimination, by: (1) SA Concourt Registrar & Director; (2) SAPA & SA Media Editors; (3) CRL Rights Commission: Chair, against Ecocentric Gender Balanced Radical Honoursty culture member.

SAHRC Referral Ruling: After careful assessment, the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC or the Commission) has found that your complaint should be dealt with by other institutions namely the Press Ombudsman and the Office of the Public Protector.

In regard to your complaint against the refusal by the Registrar of the Constitutional Court to issue your review application and your appeal against the refusal to issue the review application the SAHRC has determined that your complaint relates to alleged maladministration by a government official and that accordingly that the Office of the Public Protector is the more appropriate body to deal with such a complaint.

In regards to the aforementioned allegations relating to the press the Commission has determined that the Press Ombudsman is the most appropriate organisation that should deal with your matter.

[1.20] Colonialism is a product and symptom of Patriarchy’s addiction to breeding and consumption wars. Colonialism, whether it is the colonialism of Europeans conquering African tribes, or the colonialism of African tribes who conquered other African tribes, or the colonialism of both Europeans and Africans who conquered the gender balanced Bushmen tribes.

[1.21] All Colonialism, whether it resulted from the conquering wars of Columbus, or Shaka Zulu, or Mohammed, were a product and symptom of Patriarchy.

[1.22] A patriarchal society, or a society which does not address the causes of masculine insecurity, cannot and will not ever be sustainable. Any ideology, whether political or religious, founded upon masculine insecurity (patriarchy) will result in (a) breeding and consumption war concepts of power and domination (to provide insecure males with social/psychological penis extension status symbols, their fragile ego's lack).

[1.23] Consumption wars require exponential expropriation of land, natural resources and knowledge. Breeding wars require a war against sustainable consciousness (ecological and political balance) and a human factory farming war economy racket culling. Colonialism is a symptom of Patriarch’s addiction to breeding and consumption wars; i.e. consuming above carrying capacity, and then using the surplus population as cannon fodder to conquer another culture’s resources.

[1.24] The argument that Apartheid and European colonialism was morally reprehensible, and had massive destructive psychological and physical consequences for the Bushmen and African tribes conquered; is a very valid argument; if those making such an argument, hold all other African, Chinese, etc cultures to the same standard, by condemning those culture’s patriarchal conquering and colonization of other tribes resources.

[1.25] An honourable impartial argument against European Colonialism, including apartheid, must also admit that all Patriarchal colonialism is morally reprehensible, irrespective of who the patriarchal colonialists were who were doing the breeding war, consumption war conquering!

[1.26] When an individual argues that only European and Boer colonialism is morally reprehensible, while ignoring the patriarchal reprehensible colonialism of African Tribes conquering and colonizing other tribes, including African tribes, then the implication of that argument is that African Patriarchy and Colonialism and African Patriarch’s are morally inferior and incapable of criticism of their Patriarchal Colonizing behaviour.

[1.27] Put differently, when European or Africans argue that only European and Boer Colonialists should be considered morally reprehensible, they effectively agree with European and Boer Colonialists that Europeans/Boers are superior to Africans, and that Africans are inferior and incapable of being held to the same Patriarchal colonialists standards as white men.

[1.28] If you object to Colonialism and Apartheid (the symptom of Patriarchal culture’s) and want a world where one group of people are not constantly being colonized by another group of people, anywhere and everywhere on the planet; then you must be consistent and object to all patriarchy (the root cause of colonialism).

An Application to the Constitutional Court, for Review of the Supreme Court of Appeal Negotiated Agreement between Afriforum, TAU-SA, Julius Malema and the ANC, is seeking a 'Radical Honesty' lawyer.

The Pro Se application was filed with the Constitutional Court Registrar on 27 November, by an EcoFeminist paralegal and South Africa's only member of the Radical Honesty culture. The respondents are: Afriforum, Transvaal Agricultural Union, Julius Malema, African National Congress, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Former Presidents Nelson Mandela and FW de Klerk, CRL Rights Commission, Norwegian Nobel Committee: Chair, Central Intelligence Agency: Director, and David Petraeus.

The application requests the Court to issue orders: (1) allowing the applicant to invoke cultural law on behalf of her Radical Honesty culture; (2) to review the ambiguity and lack of clarity of the Afriforum-Malema SCA Negotiated Agreement, (3) alleges that the ‘TRC Fraud’ evidence submitted to the Equality and Supreme Court of Appeal by the Applicant was censored and ignored by the primary parties and that the agreement is not a credible peace agreement; (4) that a credible proactive peace plan requires confronting Peak Non-renewable Resources (NNR) and Sustainable Security: Scarcity as Cause of Violent Conflict; (5) Alternatively; to order all South African’s to prepare for SA’s Race and Class War in the impending Peak NNR Crisis of Conflict.

Gonzaga Jesuit University President McCulloh Letter to Students:

A major social justice issue during the 1980’s and 1990’s involved the ending of racist policies instituted by the minority government of South Africa in the years following World War II. “Apartheid,” a legislated system of racial segregation, denied literally millions of black South Africans their civil rights, including the right to vote and receive equal access to social services. Millions of South Africans were stripped of their citizenship and forced by a series of resettlement acts to move into government-identified “homelands” — areas defined largely by race and/or ethnicity. Those resisting government-imposed apartheid policies were subjected to police brutality, imprisoned, and many — including many college students — were killed.

It was out of this violent social context that the voices of religious leaders, such as South African Anglican Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Catholic Archbishop Denis Hurley cried out to the world: “Will you help us?” While many heard but remained silent, some did lift their voices in support of the marginalized and suffering peoples of South Africa. In the midst of this horrific era, the Norwegian Nobel Committee in 1984 elected to award the Peace Prize to (then-Bishop) Tutu “as a unifying leader figure in the campaign to resolve the problem of apartheid in South Africa.”

During that period, and in the long and distinguished tradition of our University, Gonzaga faculty, staff and trustees, together with a generation of students, worked to bring awareness of apartheid — and a moral imperative to do something about it — to the forefront of this community.

Some 25 years later, we are privileged to have the rare opportunity to recognize a unique convergence of past, present and future at our upcoming Commencement ceremonies. Not only is this an opportunity to honor the determination and persistence of Desmond Tutu — arguably one of the most recognizable representatives of non-violent human rights activism on the planet — but it too is a chance to honor all those who speak out for justice when others remain silent.

Ultimately, and most importantly, it is an opportunity to honor our graduates, who we recognize at the moment they transition from students firmly committed to the service of faith and the promotion of justice, to alumni who will go forth to serve others and provide leadership to our world. It is in recognition of this University’s past involvement in the anti-apartheid movement, and the dedication of our current students to the welfare of others, that Archbishop Emeritus Tutu has accepted our invitation.

Desmond Tutu was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize not just for the essential work he did in the service of peace and justice but specifically “as a gesture of support ... to all individuals and groups ... who, with their concern for human dignity, fraternity and democracy, incite the admiration of the world.”

On the occasion of the University’s 125th Anniversary, in which we have a unique opportunity to connect with the noblest moments of our past, we are privileged to honor a Christian leader and social rights activist whose faith-based lifelong dedication to the cause of justice so clearly resonates with our efforts as a university. Desmond Tutu’s life has been dedicated to advancing the cause of peace through reconciliation, and justice through Jesus’ own instruction: “ ... love one another. As I have loved you, so you also should love one another” (John 13:34). His determination and courage during a period of hate and injustice had a transformational impact on a nation, on humanity and on our university community — and it is this that we will together celebrate as we welcome Archbishop Emeritus Tutu to Gonzaga University on Commencement Weekend.

Fraud: the unlawful and intentional misrepresentation or perversion of the truth, which can lead to actual or potential disadvantage or prejudice to another individual or group.

Corruption: Relevant Dutch Anti-Corruption law, in accordance to Article 5, 12, 13, 18, 19 & 20 of United Nations Convention Against Corruption


Complaint:

On 09 May 2011, I, Lara Johnstone, as a member of the Radical Honesty culture, filed charges (ICC complaint attached) against aforementioned individuals with the International Criminal Court (ICC) requesting the Office of Prosecutor (OTP): Luis Moreno – Ocampo, of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Hague to investigate the alleged Defendants and Accessories on charges of Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, in terms of Art 5(1)(a) & (b), 6(c) and 7(1)(h) of the Rome Statute.

The Complainants Requested the ICC: Prosecutor’s Office to:

Initiate an investigation into the allegations that the respondents are to be held criminally culpable for their endorsement and concealment of TRC FRAUD, the consequences of which are genocide and crimes against humanity against white South Africans, and ethno-cultural legal and political persecution of Afrikaner/Boer and Radical Honesty cultures.

Complainants allege the Defendants cover up and censorship of the ANC and Anti-Apartheid Movements (i) Frantz Fanon/Black Consciousness (‘liberation by violence on the rotting corpse of the settlers’) (ii) Black Liberation Theology (‘violent elimination of ‘whiteness’); and (iii) Houari Boumediene/Black Power Breeding War (“The wombs of our women will give us victory”)[1] inspired TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COMMISSION FRAUD (“TRC FRAUD”) perpetrated against citizens of South Africa, and predominantly against white Afrikaner/Boer/Settlers; is committed in the context of endorsing the ANC’s institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by Africans over other racial groups, particularly Boer/Afrikaners and committed with the intention of maintaining the African ANC regime.

All aforementioned newspaper publications whom charges have been filed against continue to refuse their duty to report this information in the public interest, by censoring this information from South African and International citizens.

On 24 November and 25 November I requested Ambassador de Vos to confirm receipt, and to honourably inform me that he had forwarded my complaint to the Amsterdam Politie, to provide me with the relevant contact details, so that I could get a reference number.

Could you please confirm that you have honourably and professionally forwarded the complaint to the Amsterdam-Amstelland Politie, as requested; so that I can be issued a Complaint Reference Number for the matter; to report it to the ICC Prosecutor’s office, et al.

I also have not yet received the reply from Minister Rosenthal in response to: Request for (A) Written Reasons; or (B) Parliamentary Hearing: Request Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (I) Provide Full Written Reasons clarifying the alleged errors of fact or of law made in the Jus Sanguinis Petition and Briefing Paper submitted to Netherlands (& EU Progenitor) Governments; or (II) Recommend Dutch or EU Parliament to hold a hearing on the Jus Sanguinis Petition issues to EU Stamvader nations to hear the available International and South African Expert Witness testimony, to determine (a) the factual and legal accuracy and if so seriousness of the issues raised in the Jus Sanguinis petition; and (b) consider all relevant options for resolving the issues; such as amending relevant (i) Foreign Policy laws by politically endorsing a Boer Volkstaat in South Africa; and/or (ii) Nationality laws by enacting Jus Sanguinis Right-of-Return legislation for their African White Refugee 'settler' descendants, to return to their progenitors motherland/s. Are charges of FRAUD and CORRUPTION irrelevant in the Netherlands when such charges are made against Newspaper editors and journalists?

On 09 May 2011, I, Lara Johnstone, as a member of the Radical Honesty culture, filed charges (ICC complaint attached) against aforementioned individuals with the International Criminal Court (ICC) requesting the Office of Prosecutor (OTP): Luis Moreno – Ocampo, of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Hague to investigate the alleged Defendants and Accessories on charges of Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, in terms of Art 5(1)(a) & (b), 6(c) and 7(1)(h) of the Rome Statute.

The Complainants Requested the ICC: Prosecutor’s Office to:

Initiate an investigation into the allegations that the respondents are to be held criminally culpable for their endorsement and concealment of TRC FRAUD, the consequences of which are genocide and crimes against humanity against white South Africans, and ethno-cultural legal and political persecution of Afrikaner/Boer and Radical Honesty cultures.

Complainants allege the Defendants cover up and censorship of the ANC and Anti-Apartheid Movements (i) Frantz Fanon/Black Consciousness (‘liberation by violence on the rotting corpse of the settlers’) (ii) Black Liberation Theology (‘violent elimination of ‘whiteness’); and (iii) Houari Boumediene/Black Power Breeding War (“The wombs of our women will give us victory”)[1] inspired TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COMMISSION FRAUD (“TRC FRAUD”) perpetrated against citizens of South Africa, and predominantly against white Afrikaner/Boer/Settlers; is committed in the context of endorsing the ANC’s institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by Africans over other racial groups, particularly Boer/Afrikaners and committed with the intention of maintaining the African ANC regime.

All aforementioned newspaper publications whom charges have been filed against continue to refuse their duty to report this information in the public interest, by censoring this information from South African and International citizens.

Voorpost wishes to draw attention to the racist violence against the white population in South Africa. Voorpost wants the Dutch goverment to call the South African Ambassador to the carpet to hold him accountable for what the SA Goverment is doing to whites in South Africa. It is unacceptable to Voorpost that there is an ethnic genocide occuring on farms in South Africa, without any criticism from Netherlands. Thus we support the Afrikaners, stop anti-white racism!

Since the population of South Africa have abolished apartheid, the attention of the international media has ignored events in South Africa. The situation of the Afrikaner volk, also known as the ‘boeren’, is drastically deteriorating. Since 1994 more than 3,000 white farmers have been murdered in South Africa, under gruesome circumstances. The situation is so urgent that the Washington based organisation Genocide Watch in September 2011 raised the status of the white South African genocide from phase 5 (polarisation) to stage 6 (preparation).

The Dutch government, like its predecessors, allows for a deafening silence regarding these serious violations of human rights. In the European Parliament, however, the MP Philip Claeys has raised the matter of these massacres to the EU spotlight. Voorpost demands the Dutch goverment also signs up their objections.

For Voorpost, racist violence is unacceptable. That is why Voorpost shall be conducting a protest on Thursday, November 24, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the South African Embassy in The Hague. Voorpost Post draws attention to the racist murders of white farmers in South Africa and also demands action from the South African government. The protest action has been reported to the police. Voorpost Netherlands director shall also make a speech at the protest.

TIAA-CREF: Tutu’s ‘Israel Apartheid’ Outrage; while censoring Tutu's TRC Fraud: ‘Crime of Apartheid’ was Falsification of SA History

I read Archbishops Desmond Tutu’s letter in the Charlotte Observer: TIAA-CREF should hear us, divest from Israeli apartheid, about his alleged moral outrage against ‘Israel Apartheid’ demanding disinvestment from Israeli companies.

This letter is to provide you further information regarding information that is currently censored from the world’s right to know; which significantly affect the credibility of Archbishop Tutu and the South African ‘TRC’ religious, academic, media, political etc. elite.

Radical Honesty SA recently filed a ‘Censorship of TRC Fraud’ complaint with the International Criminal Court against South Africa’s political, legal and media elite; one of whom includes Archbishop Desmond Tutu (PDF):

[..] Attached are excerpts from Petition to the EU and two legal Amicus Applications to South African courts (CCT 23-10: PDF; & 07-2010 EQ-SG: PDF) which examine the Truth and Reconciliation Commission from the perspective of International Just War Theory.

Both of these applications, have been totally censored by the SA media; with the endorsement of Archbishop Tutu, who is not outraged about the SA media censoring evidence of allegations of his TRC Fraud.

Conclusions reached are that if we discard political correct ideology and impartially and unemotionally examine the motivations for implementing Apartheid it meets all the requirements for a Just War of Self Defense: It was a just cause to ensure Afrikaner Demographic Survival, it was a last resort, it was declared by proper authority, it possessed right intention, it had a reasonable chance of success, and the end was proportional to the means used.

The ANC’s Anti-Apartheid Movement on the other hand meets none of the requirements to be considered a Just War: The ANC had no Just Cause: The ANC Could Have Non-violently Ended their Breeding War; which would have terminated the requirement for Apartheid. The ANC had no Right Intention: Apartheid raised Black Living Standards to Highest in Africa. The ANC had No Proper Authority: The majority of Black South Africans did not want Black Rule. The ANC did not use Proportional Force: The ANC implemented a People’s War of Terror to terrorize the African population to join the ‘Liberation Struggle’. The ANC’s declaration of War was not a Last Resort: The ANC’s declaration of war was founded on the Frantz Fanon and Black Liberation Theology principles that the native’s colonized mind can only be liberated by violence on the rotting corpse of the settler.

Driving through land his family have tended for half a century, Colin Cloete stops to inspect a harvested tobacco field, rows of green stumps sprouting from a terracotta soil.

As a seasoned professional farmer, he knows the field needs to be reploughed before pests infest the weedy growths left behind. As a tired political campaigner, however, he knows it is no longer worth his while.

"We should be replanting these fields now, but I don't know who is going to benefit from the next harvest," he says, shaking his head. "I will probably do it anyway, but I do wonder whether it's worth it."

The opponents of the ANCYL within the ANC are greatly handicapped by their unwillingness to spell out why Malema's demands would lead to disaster. The truth, of course, is that the state diamond mine, Alexkor (repeatedly shut for infractions of safety rules, loss-making and an irregular payer of wages) and Aurora mines, owned by a Zuma and a Mandela (shut for months, wages not paid, at least one worker suicide, the mine looted, and major problems over acid mine drainage) give a terrifying foretaste about what nationalised mines would be like.

Almost certainly, with the departure of most key managers and technicians, the mining sector as a whole would at best, limp along. Moreover, expropriation without compensation would put South Africa in breach of major treaty obligations, would cause a cessation of all foreign investment and the cutting off of credit. This would be accompanied by enormous capital flight. The nationalisation of the banks would see something similar occur right across the financial sector and there would be a large scale exodus of foreign and domestic capital and of skilled labour of every kind.

Similarly, expropriation of the land would quickly lead to a huge agricultural slump and to mass starvation. Moreover, all African experience suggests that the skilled managers, business people, technicians, commercial farmers and professionals who would exit the country under such circumstances would not return even if all these policies were later reversed, thus making recovery from the disaster effectively impossible.
