The article quotes the leader of the “Uhuru cultural club” as telling youngsters who attended a Human Rights Day celebration to steal from whites because “it is the right thing to do”. The immigration and refugee board found “clear and convincing proof” that Huntley was a “victim of his race rather than a victim of criminality” and of an “indifference and inability, or unwillingness, of the government and security forces to protect white South Africans from persecution by African South Africans.”

In addition, we could add, among others, the SAP's lost police dockets, only 668 in 2008, totally disappeared.

In South Africa, we have policemen who cannot drive, who do not know what a watermark is for, prosecutors who do not know what 'forensic psychology' or 'mens rea' means, and magistrates who do not know what passports are for; in fact, we have Constitutional Court Judges who are incapable of writing Judgements.

Thats not even mentioning South Africa's race war, the ANC's Occult “Struggle” Politics and People's War Collateral Damages, the Afrikaner Genocide, the plausible Occult roots of African criminality, the South African police on the brink of collapse; and that is only the tip of the iceberg......

Farm Murders

Farmers have taken to providing their own protection. Over the past ten years, more than 1 600 farmers have been murdered, and there have been more than 11 000 farm attacks. (It is interesting to note that only 32 white farmers were killed in Kenya’s Mau Mau 1950’s emergency, with so much publicity given to these farmers’ deaths throughout the world. Movies and television programmes were made, and many books were written about this crisis period in African history).

Lately, Stats South Africa disclosed that SA’s commercial farmers suffered losses of R1,2 billion through crime in the year ending February 2002. Stock theft amounted to R484 million, the pilfering and stealing of crops amounted to R444 million, burglary R100 million, and the stealing of tools R205 million. Cattle, sheep and goats were stolen to the tune of R331 million in the first 11 months of 2004.

Significantly, the Stats report also revealed that the number of commercial farmers has decreased from 58,000 in 1993 to less than 46,000 in 2002.

Commandos have been the linch pin of rural crime prevention for more than 200 years. Bloemfontein City Commando, the Free State’s oldest commando unit, was formed in 1848, so the government’s nonsensical explanation for closing down the commandos because of the role they played in the apartheid era is clearly a cover-up for something more sinister. One can only conclude that the ANC government wishes to expose SA’s farmers to more crime, more theft, more harassment and more murders so they will be driven from their farms.

What happens to South Africa’s food production seems not to be even considered by the ideologists within the ruling party. When the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) of South Africa say that the agrarian reform (sic) programme of Zimbabwe “has benefited the majority of that country’s previously-marginalised black population”, then those who know about the national suicide of Zimbabwe will know what we are facing in South Africa.


THE SA POLICE SERVICE

The capability of the SA Police Service (SAPS) to take over the role of the commandos is limited - many of them are unable to run a local charge office. Forty thousand of SA’s police are illiterate, while racial quotas are ruining a once efficient force.

During a Parliamentary portfolio committee on Safety and Security meeting in Cape Town recently, it was announced that the SAPS would continue to follow a “national equity” plan. Provinces are being given instructions that promotions must be based on “racial demographics”. Thus people with years of experience and capabilities are being overlooked because of race. It has been reliably learned that only four white SAPS members were promoted at the beginning of March in the Pretoria police area.

Thus service delivery is affected, with low morale and a high attrition rate becoming factors affecting the capacity of the SAPS.

Then there are the shortages, the result of government mismanagement and incompetence. The service is top heavy with administrative (sic) staff. Nearly 32% of SAPS members in the Pretoria area are doing administration, with detectives having an impossible annual case load of around one hundred dockets per person.

In answer to a parliamentary question, the Minister of Safety and Security reported at the beginning of March that there are plenty of radios, but some stations do not have enough while others have too many. There is a shortage of 1168 bullet-resistant vests (36% of North Rand police officers do not have these vests) and there is a shortage of 110 policing vehicles in the Pretoria area alone.

Then there are the corrupt police, the bogus police and the criminal police. On 13 March, men dressed in police uniforms caused havoc on the R59 highway near Johannesburg - these “police officers” attacked and terrorised several motorists. Large rocks and bricks were thrown at cars, destroying windscreens and injuring drivers.

Were these men policemen, and if not, from where did they obtain their uniforms?

The Institute for Security Studies reported that in 2002 already, there were five and a half times more inspectors than constables. The force is presently more than 25% understaffed. Children have been raped in police custody. Other policemen have illegally issued firearm licences. The security industry in South Africa employs four times as many staff as there are police. The SAPS continually asks the public to help them with crime prevention. Reports of police malfeasance are daily occurrences . (See Chapter 15 of The Great South African Land Scandal to realize just how incapable the SAPS is to replace the Commandos.)

The only solution for rural communities and farmers is to secure themselves. They will receive no help from anyone, let alone a government which takes their ability to feed 45 million people for granted.

The Farm Murder Plague

Since the ANC came to power in 1994, 1600 farmers have been murdered in over 8000 farm attacks. A farmer has been murdered, on average, once every second day for ten years.

There has been an average of 77 farm attacks per month. The murder rate of South African commercial farmers is the highest for any specific group in the world 313 per 100 000. The murder rate amongst the general population is officially 55 per 100 000 (In Europe the murder rate is 2 per 100 000).

Two of the hallmarks of farm murders in South Africa during the last ten years have been the horrible torture perpetrated on many of the victims and the sadistic cruelty to animals which is reminiscent of the Mau Mau terrorist campaign in Kenya in the 1950's. The sheer savagery of the extremely brutal attacks include: an elderly farmer whose head was opened by an axe; a lady of 84 who was repeatedly raped; a year old baby set alight; farmers strangled, garrotted; mutilated, dumped into boiling water, suffocated, slashed with pangas, repeatedly stabbed, tortured with a heated iron; etc.

In farm murders extreme violence is widespread. If women are present, they are generally raped. Torture is now fairly routine – cruelty to animals pervasive.

The question about farm murders is “why?” The government's standard approach is to declare that most farm murders and attacks are simply criminal. But Professor Moolman points out the following:

• Why are the attacks and murders on farms so premeditated, while statistics indicate that the overwhelming majority of murders in South Africa are related to alcohol, drug abuse, and interpersonal and domestic conflict?
  
  
• Why are farm attacks so extremely brutal, which is not the case with the majority of murders in South Africa?
  
  
• Why are farm attacks and murders mostly black on white, while this is not necessarily the case in the rest of South Africa? If theft is the most important motive, why are thousands of black shop owners not brutalised remotely as much during attacks by gangs as is the white farming community?
  
  
• Why are farmers constantly accused of mistreating their workers, thus precipitating farm attacks, while the Helen Suzman Foundation found that 93% of farm workers indicate their relationship with their employer is good?
  
  
• Why have bad socio-economic conditions become the reason for attacks, while it is acknowledged that bad socio-economic conditions existed before 1994 in black communities.

Professor Moolman details cases of “senseless killing” where criminals waited at the farm house without taking anything in order to ambush, torture and kill the farmer and his wife on their return home. In other cases the farmer's family was held hostage until he returned. Some criminals have travelled vast distances to attack people on farms. Racial slogans at the crime scene are commonplace. Clearly robbery is not the main motive for farm attacks. Many farmers conclude: “They want to drive us from our land.”

The accompanying problems of intimidation, crop and stock theft, illegal squatting and expropriation legislation all would seem to confirm this conclusion.

“When four members of your family have been murdered on your farm, it is not really an attractive proposition anymore. When you see what has happened to Zimbabwe's commercial farming community…When your grazing is burned out four times a year, when your crops and stock are stolen, when you can do little to stop squatter invasions on what is after all your private property, and when your chances of being slaughtered in your home are the greatest in the world, why bother!”

With this background, it is understandable that many farmers are regarding the dismantling of the commando system, and the new Firearms Control Act as precursors to disarming the farmers and Zimbabwean style land invasions.

This is a very important book which the South African Government has been trying to suppress. It was written by one of the top Land Claims attorneys in South Africa. When this book came out, the Government apparently was buying it up to get it off the book shelves.

This book was obtained from South African Crisis, who obtained it from Adrianna Stuijt of CensorBugBear. She has permission from the author to spread this book as far and wide as possible. Please spread this book around as much as possible. This book contains information and photographs showing the shocking results of handing over farm land to people who are incapable of working it properly. It has been predicted by the Transvaal Agricultural Union that South African agriculture will enter a crisis in the next 5-10 years because of the effects of Land Redistribution.
