Why Do Black Africans want to exterminate Whites from Africa?

Why are Whites in Africa Refugees? Why Do Black Africans want Whites, Exterminated from Africa?

Do Africans want their land back, to grow food for their people, to live in, and take care of, a beautiful home and garden? Do progressive enlightened Africans want to show the world, how much Africans value and take care of property, animals and farms?

Or do Africans, want whites exterminated from Africa, because the white man's world is scientifically, intellectually, emotionally, psychologically, legally, and ethically too complex for them? Are Blacks intimidated by white cultural habits of hard work, taking care of property, appreciating beautiful things? Are African blacks intimidated by a white culture of love for learning, love for philosophy, love for science and progress?

Is Mike Smith correct? Do African blacks yearn for the simplicity of times when they were happy under their own oppressive tribal rulers? When they were living in grass huts and wore animals skins? Before white man's laws that prohibited him from urinating and defecating anywhere he went? Wasn't life in the bush much simpler, when he could sexually molest a goat, with no cameras watching and no white man to call him a savage? When he could rape his wife and children, and cut off children's penises and other people's sexual organs to make voodoo potions?

Is African anger, rage and fury at the 'white devil' really about African feelings of insecurity, self-hate and inferiority; and a desire to exterminate that which they are too lazy to aspire to?

DA paints bleak picture of SA's land reform

Oct 06 2009 13:44

The Great South African Land Scandal, by Dr. Philip Du Toit
Many farms redistributed in terms of South Africa's land-reform programme are failing and falling into ruin because the beneficiaries have little or no interest in agriculture, says the Democratic Alliance.

"Eighty percent of the people [given farms] just wanted land," DA rural development and land-reform spokesperson Annette Steyn told a media briefing at Parliament on Tuesday.

She was speaking at the launch of a DA "Land Reform in Crisis" report, which highlights the findings of visits by MPs to a number of farms that were redistributed in terms of government's Land Redistribution for Agricultural Development (LRAD) programme.

Oversight visits were made to 11 farms in Limpopo, five in the Free State, and two each in the Eastern Cape and Mpumalanga.

"Of the farms we visited, most went wrong ... there was no farming activity," Steyn said.

The report paints a dire picture of resettled farms in Limpopo, where, to date, a total of 195 farms have been "restituted" in terms of the LRAD programme.

"The farms visited by the DA were, before transfer ... financially and agriculturally productive. Five years after transfer, the picture is very different, and some are in dire condition.

"Houses have been left to rot due to lack of maintenance and criminals steal copper pipes, electricity transformers and farming equipment," it states.

The briefing included a display of photos taken during the visits, showing dilapidated farm infrastructure, falling-down buildings and neglected fruit orchards, among others.

Steyn pinned the blame for the situation on the government, saying it had failed to apply proper selection criteria when it came to awarding the properties.

"Basically... there were no criteria," she said.

Exacerbating the problem was that on those farms where new farmers did want to work the land, the government was failing to support them.

"At none of the farms visited was there evidence of constructive, significant assistance from the state. As a result, many of the farms are on the verge of collapse."

An example was a crop, fruit and dairy farm in Mpumalanga, which the government had bought for 248 beneficiaries in 2002, at a cost of R15,5-million.

"No post-settlement support [has been] received from the Department of Land Affairs. The farm is not doing well as it needs a cash injection, and they do not have [a] loan facility. They are also struggling with maintenance and equipment."

According to the report, a total of 2 864 farms have been redistributed for agricultural purposes nationally.

"Of those reviewed, 29% have failed, and productivity at a further 22% is declining. Should those in the latter category also fail, more than half of farms redistributed by government will have failed."

The report contains recommendations, including that people with a "background of farming or a love of farming" be given preference when it comes to agricultural land reform.

Further, the government should purchase farms suitable for the type of activity the beneficiary wanted to undertake. It suggests starting on a small scale and not forcing programmes on new farmers.

It also suggests fostering ties with existing farmers in organised agriculture.

"White farmers cannot be seen as 'the enemy' and must be made partners in this whole process," it states.

The DA says it will forward a copy of the report to Rural Development and Land Reform Minister Gugile Nkwinti. -- Sapa

'Zindzi trashed my house':

Landlord also claims Mandela took furniture

Oct 3, 2009 10:51 PM By KIM HAWKEY

Zindzi Mandela has been accused of trashing an upmarket rented house before walking off with some of her landlady's expensive furniture.

Businesswoman Michelle Cathrall was at first "honoured" to let her furnished Saxonwold, Johannesburg, home to Mandela, but when her non-paying tenant finally left - after a court battle to evict her - the place "looked like a tsunami" had hit it, she said.

"You can't believe the damage," Cathrall told the Sunday Times this week.

Cathrall, who has roped in an inspection company to assess the damage for a lawsuit she said she intended to bring against Mandela, said an initial estimate of the damage was R386000.

She said her antique furniture had been ruined by water and heat damage; paint had been scraped off the walls; sandblasted floor tiles had been scratched beyond repair and expensive blinds had been removed and thrown on a pile of rotting garbage - with her DStv reception dish and the downpipe of one of the gutters.

The broken gutter had also caused a major damp problem.

A leaking kitchen pipe had been haphazardly "repaired" with cling wrap, resulting in the wooden shelf below it rotting and collapsing.

Cathrall accused Mandela of taking a bed, two desks, a tumble-dryer, a lounger and an antique cabinet, as well as sheets, towels and other linen belonging to her.

She said the linen, couches and mattresses left behind were filthy and badly stained.

Her battle with Mandela started last year, when Cathrall went to court to evict her famous tenant due to rent arrears amounting to R70000.

Mandela's attorney, Bally Chuene, denied Cathrall's current allegations against his client.

He said Mandela had not taken the items and had caused no damage - claiming it was all pre-existing.

"These are the same issues raised before ... (Cathrall) is talking rubbish," Chuene said.

Cathrall said she was still battling to get R42000 Mandela owed her for legal costs relating to the eviction order she obtained last year.

Although the High Court in Johannesburg awarded Cathrall costs in that action, she has since paid the amount to her attorneys out of her own pocket and Mandela has not coughed up.

Even a writ of execution against Mandela's property proved fruitless, after the sheriff attempted to attach Mandela's assets only to find her Houghton home "vacant".

However, Chuene said a deposit equivalent to two months' rental - which Mandela had paid before moving in - was sufficient to cover the legal costs.

Cathrall said she had spent 18 months renovating the house before Mandela moved in.

"It was in pristine condition when they took occupancy.

"It was looking so beautiful," she said.
