A commissioner of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) will ­tomorrow advise his employer to “come clean” and tell white male candidates that they needn’t ­bother applying to become judges.

And, in what may be seen as a startling indictment of the JSC, it has also been warned to guard “most strenuously” against the “pursuit of a covert political ­agenda under the guise of an ­alleged constitutional imperative (of transformation)”.

These statements are contained in a discussion document that commissioner Izak Smuts is due to present at a closed meeting of the commission tomorrow, ahead of a week of interviews in Cape Town.

In the document, which City Press has seen, Smuts says: “One way or the other, the JSC must deal with the uncomfortable perception that the graffiti on its wall reads ‘white men can’t judge’.”

He argues that “the JSC ought to have an honest debate about its ­approach to the appointment of white male candidates.

“If the majority view is that . . . white male candidates are only to be considered for appointment in exceptional circumstances, the JSC should, at the very least, come clean and say so, so that white male candidates are not put through the charade of an interview before ­being rejected.”

Smuts, a practising advocate and senior counsel, is something of a crusader in the legal profession. He recently quit his position as deputy chair of the General Council of the Bar over the ­council’s position on the Legal Practice Bill.

I appreciate you for your response. I particularly – very much – appreciate you for saying: You do not want a brutally honest relationship with a Muslim, Mexican or black! I was fucking blown away by that.

I imagine many white guilt liberals and conservatives feel the same way, but are not nearly as honest as you are about that, hence they are white guilt liberals and conservatives, whereas you are not. I don’t have a problem with you not wanting a brutally honest relationship with a Muslim, Mexican or black. I simply wish more people who share your perspective, would also be honest about their lack of interest in such brutally honest relationships with blacks, muslims, Mexicans, etc.. and also – like you – not object or find objectionable, other europeans, like myself, who actually do want brutally honest relationships with other races, religions, etc.

[1] The Radical Honoursty culture and Yshmael Guerrylla Law Party dispute the SAHRC ruling against Lewende Hoop | Living Hope Ministries publication ‘Die Raadsplan’ | ‘The Divine Plan’, as ‘offensive’ and amounting to ‘hate speech’; on the grounds that:

[1.1] The Lewende Hoop: Die Raadsplan statements do not meet the minority Ecocentric Radical Honoursty culture’s legal definitions for ‘hate speech’ and ‘racism’.

[1.2] The SAHRC Commission’s ruling against Lewende Hoop: Die Raadsplan is based upon the dominant culture’s AnthroCorpocentric Common Law cultural definitions for ‘hate speech’ and ‘racism’ and ‘offensive’; without any recognition of alternative cultural definitions from minority South African cultures who are not Patriarchal or AnthroCorpocentric.

[2] The Radical Honoursty culture and Yshmael Guerrylla Law Party dispute all past and future SA Human Rights Commission ‘Hate Speech’ Rulings, which were, or shall be based upon AnthroCorpocentric dominant common law cultural jurisprudence definitions of ‘hate speech’, ‘racism’, ‘offensive’, ‘insulting’ etc.

[3] Any SAHRC ruling of ‘hate speech’, ‘racism’ etc, which does not recognize or incorporate Radical Honoursty cultural definitions of ‘hate speech’, ‘racism’ and ‘reconciliation’ in its rulings, consequently do not represent the views of the Radical Honoursty culture and the Yshmael Guerrylla Law Party.

[4] The Radical Honoursty culture and Yshmael Guerrylla Law Party recognize all other South African culture’s rights to their own cultural definitions for ‘hate speech’, ‘racism’ and ‘reconciliation’, etc; and believe that true authentic multiculturalism can only occur when all cultures are honest about what their culture’s specific legal definition of these and other contentious legal terms are, so that the members of all cultures, can be made aware, what other cultures definitions are of these terms and how to choose to relate to each other, or not, in recognition of such terms; instead of one or more dominant cultures, attempting to enforce their dominant cultural definitions down all other culture’s throats.

[5] In Radical Honoursty culture:

[5.1] Love: Love is to (a) tell another person your subjective truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, no matter how ‘offensive’ to the listener, and (b) to do so publicly, to their face; as opposed to secretly or behind their back, and (c) to remain in the conversation with them.

[5.2] Hate: Hate is to (a) withhold your honest subjective truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, no matter how offensive, to the listener; and (b) to do so to their face, particularly while expressing your subjective truth, behind their back, and (c) to bullshit yourself, that what you are doing is not ‘hate’; but ‘manners’ or ‘being nice’ or ‘being polite’ or ‘being professional’, etc.

[5.3] Racism: Any fact or verbal or written statement about racial differences – no matter how offensive or factually incorrect -- cannot be ‘racist’. Only a subjective belief about racial differences can be racist, if (a) it unequivocally subjectively known, by the holder of the belief, to be both factually and experientially false, yet (b) stated as factual or experiential truth, and (c) when confronted with possible alternative evidence and theories, the nature of the subjectivity of the belief is fundamentalist, as opposed to simply that of a working hypothesis conclusion. (Definition of Dr. Gedaliah Braun, as expressed in What is Racism? Or, how Philosophy can be ‘Practical’: in his book: Racism, Guilt, Self-Hatred and Self-Deceit).

[5.4] Reconciliation: Radical Honoursty is a non-violent Fanon process, where reconciliation is a psychological and sensate physical experience of releasing of anger and resentments. It is the liberation of both the settler and the colonized minds, by release of both of their suppressed violence, not physically, but verbally: face to face, through expressions of resentments and appreciations, until all suppressed sensate anger is released. Radical Honoursty forgiveness occurs when two former enemies sit across from each other, and have verbally liberated their pent up sensate anger and rage, the body is in a state of released sensate tension, similar to the emotions released in a sexual orgasm, irrespective of however long it takes. Reconciliation occurs when the fragile ego mind is no longer colonized by the suppressed anger in the body (Definition as provided to Constitutional Court in Alien on Pale Blue Dot v. Afriforum, Malema, et al).

The word ‘Orwellian’ has become over-used to the point of cliche. Yet there is really no other way to describe the deeply sinister, upside-down onslaught upon common sense that has extended even into the school playgrounds of politically correct Britain.

The aim was originally to create a kinder, gentler world — with a commitment to eradicating racial or any other type of prejudice.

Supporters of these beliefs profess to loathe and detest bullying, with teachers instigating school playground patrols and ‘anti-bullying weeks’ to stamp out this hateful practice.

And yet, in pursuance of these aims, we have witnessed the rise of the widespread state-sponsored bullying of children.

The latest example was the experience of a seven-year-old boy from Hull, whose mother was astounded to be told by his primary school to sign a form admitting he was racist.

So what was the heinous act this child had committed to cause him to be branded in this way? Why, merely to have asked a five-year-old boy in the playground whether he was ‘brown because he was from Africa’.

What on earth is racist about that question? It does not express a hateful dislike of, or racial superiority over, another person on account of the colour of their skin. It merely wonders, in a child-like way, about the reason for that colour.

It is thus a perfectly inoffensive question from a curious child. The reason for the five-year-old’s brown skin is, indeed, that his ancestry lies in another continent.

So how can a correct assumption constitute a prejudice? The school’s gross over-reaction suggests that racism is being redefined to include not only hateful references to someone’s colour, but any reference to it at all.

Join our brutally honest discussions: we cannot solve problems by pretending they dont exist. If you don't like white, black or coloured people, thats okay. Come and meet some and speak to them honestly and tell them your reasons, and your experiences. Maybe you have never met an honest, honourable and sincere white/black/coloured person; you have only met two-faced lying deceiving fake white/black/coloured people. If so, then it is quite understandable that you would think that all black/white/coloured people are lying two faced deceivers.

In a recent Google search, I came across a blog called the Troublemaker Times, written by “a lawyer, a dreamer, a writer, an atheist” JP aka The Troublemaker Times “(educated, part time faggot, jew wanna be, kaffir lover, friend to niggers and white as the driven snow).”

The most popular post on his blog is, a criticism of (in my interpretation) insincere liberals, in A Tribute to Winnie Mandela or Welcome Back to our Politics, we missed you Mamma Afrika, wherein he concludes his appreciation of Winnie with “welcome back Mamma Africa, we missed you. Thank you, for liberating us, with just a box of matches!” (Note: I differentiate between sincere and insincere liberals and conservatives. I have no problem with sincere liberals or conservatives, i.e. those who sincerely hold their beliefs, based upon the information available to them, who are willing to hear contradictory information, and if the contradictory evidence is of sufficient weight to change their minds/beliefs. I have little time for insincere (fake) fundamentalist dogmatic liberals or conservatives.)

Dear Mr. Imm,

You probably know as little about me as I do about you, living on different sides of the planet. However, I was one of the invited speakers to the American Renaissance conference that had to be cancelled after you and other left-wing groups had harassed the hotels concerned.

I was practically on my way to the airport for the 19-hour flight from Johannesburg to Washington when I had received Jared Taylor’s e-mail informing me that the conference had finally been cancelled, with the Capitol Skyline Hotel also succumbing to pressure from yourselves.

As an Afrikaner from South Africa, I am totally astonished at your behaviour and that you even seem to boast about having prevented the biannual AR “conversation about race” from taking place. Did your own president, Barack Obama, not call for a “conversation about race” shortly after taking office?

Americans are privileged to live in a country with a Constitution guaranteeing freedom of speech by means of the First Amendment. Why would you want to undermine that principle by threatening hotels in Washington with boycotts, “shaming” and even death threats?

On your website you state your opposition to “fundamentalism” as presumably practised by some Muslims. However, what about race fundamentalism?

Your opposition to any rational debate on race reminds me of the Spanish Inquisition or Stalin’s Russia, where only one set of ideas could be publicly or even privately expressed. Your intolerant, left-fascist attitude affects not only the free discussion of political ideas, but also science, morality, history and international relations. If it were to become universal, humanity would go back to the Dark Ages where anyone voicing dissent from opinions held by the masses – or the mass media – would be persecuted.

Debating on racial issues is largely a one-way debate in modern society. Just about all the academics, politicians and Main Stream Media (MSM) institutions are advocates of Cultural relativism and Racial Egalitarianism. They believe in a fallacy and modern day superstition that all races are equal just like people in the Dark ages believed the earth was flat.

They constantly profess, advocate and defend this absurdity and false dogma with a fanaticism bordering on religious hysteria despite many scientists and anthropologist who did extensive work on differences between races and who published hundreds of volumes on the subject.

Trying to find works such as “The Bell Curve”, “Race and Reason”, “IQ and the wealth of Nations” or De Gobineau’s “Inequality of the races” in a public or University library is a rarity these days. Even academics who try to discuss race in the most moderate of fashions are met with academic intolerance and physical intimidation by racial failure apologists and egalitarians. All research that proves their theories wrong are shunned as “Pseudo-science” without the proof of this research ever been studied or even read.

One sees these phenomena also on the internet on forums where racial issues are being discussed. Anyone who provides a counter argument to Cultural relativism or egalitarianism is immediately attacked with an argumentum ad hominem to his person, called a racist and ignorant bastard.

It never stops to amaze me how hopeful these racial equalitists (a Mike Smith creation) can be. They say that if you just give the Blacks time, give them enough education, enough food, enough money, enough whatever…they will someday catch up with Whites and they will be just like us. They actually admit that there is indeed a difference between the races, but cannot see the fault in their Reductio ad absurdum. At the one moment they say the races are all the same, but the very next moment they say that Blacks could catch up with Whites (admitting that races are not the same or equal) through education, environment, etc.

That brings me to another favourite of the egalitarian Liberal which is to state that environmental conditions in which races evolved caused the differences in races (again admitting to the differences in races). When one points out that Eskimos lived in the Arctic Circle in the same conditions as Icelanders, Swedes and Norwegians, yet never created any civilisation, written language or even fixed building structures, the egalitarians want to point out that these primitives are actually more advanced than the Whites who did all of the above. The same can be pointed out from races living in tropical conditions such as the Cambodians who built Ankor Wat, the majestic temples of Thailand or the sophisticated buildings and societies of the Incas and the Mayas…yet the Blacks from Africa are an abject failure when it comes to creating or even sustaining any civilisation.

The First Word - A Conversation About Race

When a white person awakens to our race’s peril, the first impulse—and the first duty—is to try to awaken others. But where to begin? Becoming a white nationalist often takes years of experience, reflection, and reading. And one has to find one’s courage along the way too. How does one condense all that into talking points? Big books like Wilmot Robertson’s The Dispossessed Majority may well be the last word on these matters. But what is the first word? How do we begin the conversation? We live in an increasingly post-literate society, so for most people books are not the place to start, big books especially.

This is why I highly recommend Craig Bodeker’s masterful 58 minute documentary A Conversation about Race. It is an ideal first step on the road to racial awakening.

Bodeker posted an advertisement on Craigslist in Denver under the heading “Ending Racism Now,” then interviewed respondents on film. He also did “man on the street” interviews. The interviewees who made the final cut are a very diverse group. About half of them are black, including two blacks in inter-racial relationships. Most of the rest are white, with a couple of Hispanics or Amerindians thrown in.
