Radical Honesty ‘TRC was a falsification of history’ application admitted as Amicus Curiae in The Citizen vs. Robert McBride

by Andrea Muhrrteyn
Why We Are White Refugees

Delano Louw, the Snr Registrar's Clerk at the Constitutional Court, today informed Lara Johnstone that her Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court) Application had been approved by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court; namely that “Ms. Lara Johnstone, member of the Radical Honesty culture and religion, is admitted as an Amicus Curiae.”

Her written submission must be submitted to the Constitutional Court by 25 May 2010.

The Chief Justice denied the In Forma Pauperis aspect of her Amicus Curiae Application, without providing any reasons.

Perhaps he thought that (a) she was not in fact indigent (if so he would be wrong, she is); or (b) he thought she was legally capable of representing herself, as per her Paralegal qualifications, or (c) he thought that she may be able to come up with the required financial resources for legal representation, for the Amicus Curiae application.

She did contact Foundations and Non-profits who are allegedly concerned with Population Policy issues, to invite them to participate in the Amicus application. Among others she contacted: Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation; Carnegie Endowment for International Peace; Population Council and The Population Institute. She has not yet had any response from any of them.

White South Africans use Facebook in campaign to return to Holland

White South Africans, concerned about racism and crime, have launched a Facebook petition to return to Holland, where their ancestors lived 300 years ago.

By Ian Evans, Correspondent / May 17, 2010
Cape Town, South Africa

Is there a statute of limitations on citizenship?

Afrikaners in South Africa may soon find out. Three hundred years after their forefathers left Europe for a new life in Cape Town, some Afrikaners are lobbying the Dutch government to grant them citizenship.

The descendants of the Boer settlers are looking for an exit plan. They say white people have become targets of crime with tensions rising since the murder of right-wing Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB) leader Eugene Terreblanche last month.

They want the Dutch authorities to enact a "Jus Sanguinis" or right of blood law allowing Afrikaners to return to what they claim is their original home.

After the end of apartheid in 1994, many white South Africans fled the country fearing a racial backlash. Many emigrated to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the US, and the United Kingdom. A recent report by the South African Institute on Race Relations said nearly 800,000 whites had left during that period, citing employment discrimination and the high crime rate. South Africa sees an average of 50 murders a day – most of the victims are black.

The emerging Afrikaner "Right of Return" campaign echoes the concerns of 1994, and is indicative of a rising fear among some white farmers. The effort is being co-ordinated by Lara Johnstone, who claims South Africa is heading down the path taken by Zimbabwe with whites bearing the brunt of economic and civic collapse.

Unamused American Observers of the ‘black’ concept of a ‘Rainbow Nation’: ‘White Genocide in SA’

Brief Analysis of Uhuru & Open Letter to Mr. Julius Malema, ANC Youth League

Robert Stilson
04 May 2010

Beneath the geometric racial hype attending the process known as UHURU there is another more disturbing venue: FEAR.

I have long struggled with the question of UHURU - its dynamics and probability. No doubt there is enough directed anger at the white race to perpetuate a hundred UHURUs.

Malema may chirp his threats and warnings in the pretense that his world exists in a vacuum. He is terribly, terribly mistaken. Regardless of the contempt Malema and his followers have for whites, the question remains whether he or his followers are foolish enough to undertake an enterprise that would give rise to an unbridled response?

During the past three years I have studied and watched the unfolding story of The Rainbow Nation. I am not amused. Neither are tens of millions of other Americans.

UK Home Office Visa Refusal to White SA ‘risks her life’

Visa refusal ‘risks my wife’s life’

10:00am Monday 3rd May 2010
By Fiona Pendlebury, Bournemouth Daily Echo

A MAN claims his South African wife’s life is at risk because she is being denied a visa to come and live in the UK.

James Dean of Aylesbury Road, Boscombe, met former hospital finance manager Juanita, from South Africa, on the internet.

The couple, both 52, celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary thousands of miles apart on April 29 this year.

Initially Mr Dean lived with Juanita in Kimberley but moved to Dorset to prepare for Juanita to join him.

He says they have spent thousands in their fight to gain a three-year settlement visa and were shocked when she was turned down.

He said: “It appears that there is nothing anybody can do to bring her out.

“It makes my blood boil. I am totally at a loss where to go.”

Juanita lives with her brother on a farm but racial violence in the area means she must carry a gun at all times said Mr Dean.

“When Nelson Mandela dies, they are going to have another Zimbabwe. I don’t care how they get her here, I just want her here,” he said.

The corruption of SA's TRC Rainbow Academic, Political and Media elite....

Was SA's Rainbow House built on a foundation of quicksand, or solid rock?

The following article documents the creeping corruption of Rainbow Nation South Africa. And it documents it reasonably well, in my opinion, except for a few, but one spectactular inacuracy. He states:

In the corrupt state, immoral actions may indeed be legalised, or even enforced through law. In the corrupt state, corrupt laws and policies may be enacted with the pretence of seeking to achieve a specified objective, but in reality exercised to benefit the governing elite. The essence of the corruption could be found in the law or policy itself, or in its implementation, or in both.

The essential elements of corruption are always the abuse of power, and the benefit of the powerful. Corruption is invariably deceptive. It confuses cause and effect, and it erodes moral judgement.

He then fails to apply his understanding of corruption, to the founding TRC laws of his Rainbow Nation; that his Rainbow House was built on TRC corruption, i.e. quicksand. All in the name of political and corporate public relations (hypocrits value 'image' more than substance & reality) expediency it was given a plastic PR label of 'Truth and Reconciliation', truth and forgiveness were corrupted, and the TRC house was built on quicksand; not on a rock of sincere truth and forgiveness.

On this foundation of corrupted TRC quicksand, luminaries rushed to accept Nobel Peace Prizes, politicians world recognition and large financial handouts; citizens joined the Pied Piper herd rushing to declare themselves Proudly South African in stickers and slogans; all built on Truth and Reconciliation Hypocrisy; i.e. quicksand.

How FIFA corruption empowers global capital

Andrew Jennings, Amabhugane & ISS
Apr 29 2010

I am disappointed with FIFA. From where I am, it seems that today’s FIFA is not the same FIFA that you joined so many years ago. Where were the ethics, morals, honesty? As a child I wanted to become part of FIFA because of FIFA’s golden values. Unfortunately, today it seems that that hope is fading fast.[1]

Is this a cry of pain from a lone idealist, wearied by FIFA’s institutionalised
corruption?

Not at all. It’s a contrived letter to a venal senior FIFA official from his venal son, asking Daddy to demolish a roadblock on the route to FIFA’s golden treasury in Zurich.

Father and son – and another son – were engaging in an industrial-scale shakedown of a FIFA tournament. They had taken control of most of the lucrative contracts, but bureaucrats in FIFA were obstructing one worth $2 million – and the son stood to forfeit his commission. So this quaint letter from the son to the father (they live under the same roof so it may have been handed across the table at breakfast) was designed to increase the pressure to loosen FIFA’s purse-strings.

The father, one of FIFA’s eight vice-presidents, has gorged himself and his family for the last quarter of a century at the expense of football. We’ll never know how much has been diverted to them because of the absence of transparency at Sepp Blatter’s FIFA – but we may note that the father has risen from being a poorly paid teacher to become a multi-millionaire, almost all derived from his involvement with FIFA.

Soccer City

What it says about the murky world of government tenders

FAST FACTS ON SOCCER CITY

  • The stadium cost approximately R3,4 billion to build and upgrade

  • It occupies 25 hectares on the east of Soweto.

  • It has a seating capacity of 94 000.

  • The playing area is 11 232 m2.

  • 80 000 m2 of concrete, 9 000 tons of reinforced steel, 7 100 tones of structural roof steel and 11 million bricks were used to construct it.

  • It has 228 (mainly corporate) suites, split evenly between two levels.

Introduction

Designed as an African calabash and dubbed ‘the melting pot’, Soccer City is the showpiece stadium for the 2010 FIFA World Cup and is set to host the opening match, six further matches and the final match. With seating for 94 000 spectators and as the biggest stadium on the continent, it is rightly regarded as South Africa’s ‘national stadium’. It hasn’t come cheap, however.

At last count, Soccer City cost R3,4 billion to build and upgrade – funded by taxpayers through the National Treasury. While this was more than the R3,1 billion spent on Durban’s new Moses Mabhida Stadium,[1] it remains less than the R4,5 billion spent on Cape Town’s Green Point Stadium (see chapter in this publication, How Cape Town Got Its White Elephant).[2] But having spent so many tax rands building Soccer City, Johannesburg residents will have understandable expectations that the stadium will be able to provide some return on their investment.

SABC's R26-m 2010 WC Rental Bill

Niren Tolsi, Mail & Guardian
Apr 30 2010 13:32

The cash-strapped SABC plans to rent studio space at the Sandton Convention Centre during the World Cup -- at an astronomical mark up -- from a businessman linked to the broadcaster's head of Project 2010, Peter Kwele.

Graham Cooke, the president of World Travel Awards and a personal friend of both Kwele and his wife, Lindiwe Mahlangu-Kwele, the chief executive of Johannesburg Tourism, is the middleman from whom the SABC will rent the space.

At a cost of R26-million for 1800m2 for the duration of the event, Cooke will make a substantial profit on the deal -- according to the convention centre, its rates during the World Cup period have remained at R20 a square metre a day for exhibition hall one and R15 a square metre a day for its second exhibition hall. But in the sub-letting deal, the SABC will effectively pay about R480 a square metre a day.

Last year the SABC spurned the opportunity to rent space at Nasrec, the site of the opening and closing games. At €380 000 (about R3,7-million), the public broadcaster decided it was too expensive. The broadcaster had decided to downscale its presence at Nasrec, presenting only 12 matches from there and the rest from the SABC sports studio at Auckland Park.

But that's not what happened. In the new year the SABC general manager of sport, Oupa Mahlangu, issued an instruction calling for "big ideas", triggering a scramble for new broadcasting space. According to internal SABC documents in the possession of the Mail & Guardian, Kwele then went ahead and facilitated the deal with Cooke.

According to the documents, Kwele arranged to barter R1-million worth of advertising in a trade exchange for the use of the convention centre. On March 17 he passed on the handling of the trade exchange to Mahlangu after confirming to the technical team working on the project that it was in the region of R1-million.
