Dear Registrar: Ms. Van Deventer,
RE: [07-2010 EQ JHB] AFRIFORUM V. MALEMA: Applic. to Proceed as Amicus: Notice of Motion, FAffidavit & Heads of Argument
Please could you acknowledge receipt and give me an indication of when my Amicus Curiae application, was, or shall be, placed before Judge Colin Lamont, for his attention.
FYI: Because Radical Honesty SA campaigns &/or legal applications are banned by the SA media, and the SA Press Ombudsman & Constitutional Court (CCT 06-11) endorses the media's banning/censorship of Radical Honesty SA, I have taken the liberty of notifying various SA Political, Religious, Academic and Legal Organisations, by providing them copies of the application. The list of those organisations notified are at: http://www.jussanguinis.com/JS-RoR/za_southafrica.htm.
I have also honourably notified the Embassies of the Five 'Settler' Progenitor Nations: Netherlands, France, Germany, UK and Switzerland; of the application filed in this matter as a direct Jus Sanguinis descendant settler from their nation/s. Copies thereof have also been provided to other International Embassies and Political Officials. The list of those acknowledgements is under the heading of Battle of Jus Sanguinis Theses Campaign at:

Dear Registrar: Ms. Van Deventer,
RE: [07-2010 EQ JHB] AFRIFORUM V. MALEMA: Applic. to Proceed as Amicus: Notice of Motion, FAffidavit & Heads of Argument
Confirmation of details discussed in our telephone conversation a few minutes ago:
The Registrar received the Radical Honesty SA application to proceed as an Amicus Curiae, served on 19 April 2011. The Registrar submitted the application to Judge Colin Lamont on 19 April 2011. Judge Colin Lamont noted as part of public court proceedings on 20 April 2011, that he had received the Radical Honesty SA Application to proceed as an Amicus Curiae. The application is still before Judge Lamont, who shall issue his ruling in due course.
Additional Info:
For the record: As of date, I have not received any objections from any parties to the Radical Honesty SA Amicus application.
Sincerely,
LARA JOHNSTONE, Pro Se

Ms. Van Dewenter,
My prior email confirmed our telephonic conversation as follows:
"The Registrar received the Radical Honesty SA application to proceed as an Amicus Curiae, served on 19 April 2011. The Registrar submitted the application to Judge Colin Lamont on 19 April 2011. Judge Colin Lamont noted as part of public court proceedings on 20 April 2011, that he had received the Radical Honesty SA Application to proceed as an Amicus Curiae. The application is still before Judge Lamont, who shall issue his ruling in due course."
I am unsure how you interpreted me to have written that Judge Lamont had already made a ruling?
Regarding your statement: "No further electronic correspondence will be received in this matter."
Could you please clarify whether this is an instruction issued by Judge Lamont; or yourself?
I am unaware of any statutory grounds that permit an honourable honest ethical professional registrar and/or judge, acting in accordance to his/her duties as required by the Constitution; to refuse to accept correspondence related to a particular application before such registrar and judge?
Please could you inform me of such statute?
Sincerely,
LARA JOHNSTONE, Pro Se
