Additional Evidence to: Notice of Complaint ITO Art. 15 of Rome Statute, filed on 09 May 2011
Please find attached additional information submitted to SAP complaint (Case 823-08-2010), in regards to the aforementioned complaint filed with the ICC Prosecutors Office, against relevant Accessories to Censorship of South Africa’s TRC FRAUD.
Complaint reads as follows:
Professor William K Black led the investigations of the Savings and Loan Crisis of the 1980-90′s, and put 1000 executive crooks in jail. Professor Black explains that fraud typically underlies virtually all major financial failures: financial collapses are caused by fraud (criminal activity) rather than mismanagement or accident. On 09 May 2011, I, Lara Johnstone, as a member of the Radical Honesty culture, filed charges (ICC complaint attached) against aforementioned individuals with the International Criminal Court (ICC) requesting the Office of Prosecutor (OTP): Luis Moreno – Ocampo, of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Hague to investigate the alleged Defendants and Accessories on charges of Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, in terms of Art 5(1)(a) & (b), 6(c) and 7(1)(h) of the Rome Statute.
The Complainants Requested the ICC: Prosecutor’s Office to:Initiate an investigation into the allegations that the respondents are to be held criminally culpable for their endorsement and concealment of TRC FRAUD, the consequences of which are genocide and crimes against humanity against white South Africans, and ethno-cultural legal and political persecution of Afrikaner/Boer and Radical Honesty cultures.
Complainants allege the Defendants cover up and censorship of the ANC and Anti-Apartheid Movements (i) Frantz Fanon/Black Consciousness (‘liberation by violence on the rotting corpse of the settlers’) (ii) Black Liberation Theology (‘violent elimination of ‘whiteness’); and (iii) Houari Boumediene/Black Power Breeding War (“The wombs of our women will give us victory”) inspired TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COMMISSION FRAUD (“TRC FRAUD”) perpetrated against citizens of South Africa, and predominantly against white Afrikaner/Boer/Settlers; is committed in the context of endorsing the ANC’s institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by Africans over other racial groups, particularly Boer/Afrikaners and committed with the intention of maintaining the African ANC regime.
All aforementioned newspaper publications whom charges have been filed against continue to refuse their duty to report this information in the public interest, by censoring this information from South African citizens.

On 08 October 2010 I requested you to suspend your investigation into the charges of ‘conspiracy, fraud, bribery, corruption and obstruction of justice’ in aforementioned matter; to provide the Press Complaints Commission and various other related parties with yet another opportunity to act honourably by investigating the charges and complaints I had filed against them.
Unfortunately the relevant individuals have chosen to refuse the opportunity I provided to them to act honourably, ethically and honestly to investigate the allegations and evidence I provided them with of their acts of wrongdoing.
Consequently I am herewith requesting that you proceed with an investigation into the matter, and that my request to suspend your investigation be lifted and declared null and void.

Charges in accordance to following definitions:
- Fraud: the unlawful and intentional misrepresentation or perversion of the truth, which can lead to actual or potential disadvantage or prejudice to another individual or group.
Fraud: Charges were filed against the relevant aforementioned individuals for their censorship and complicity in Genocide, at the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Hague. The information and evidence filed to the ICC is information in the public interest, and is being censored and withheld from the South African people, by the aforementioned individuals charged. The withholding and censorship of the fact that charges have been filed against the relevant individuals at the ICC, from their readers and South African citizens is an unlawful and intentional misrepresentation and withholding of the truth, which can lead to actual or potential prejudice to SA citizens ignorant of the evidence being withheld from them.- Corruption: S.3 of Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act, 2004
Corruption: The information about the charges and evidence upon which such charges were filed is information in the public interest, which any ethical official is required to publicly disclose. The censorship of this information from the SA people amounts to the dishonest and biased exercise, carrying out or performance of these individuals power and duties or functions arising out of constitutional, statutory, contractual or any other legal obligations. These actions amount to the abuse of their position of authority, a breach of trust, the violation of legal management duties and transparent decision-making, and are designed to achieve an unjustified result; to facilitate a conspiracy of silence censorship related to the charges against these individuals at the International Criminal Court (ICC) (S.3 of Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act, 2004)
ANALOGY:
Imagine for a minute I provided you with evidence that Wimpy Restaurants Managers in SA (1) allow their waiters to serve blind customers who order steak with steak that is filled with rotten maggot meat; and (2) refuse to serve any individual who is a member of the ANC.
Such a restaurant would be charged with fraud (consciously serving people rotten food, while pretending to be a restaurant that serves food of a certain standard), and would be charged with discrimination (refusing to serve ANC members). Imagine if the restaurant managed told you that their business is ‘making a profit’, not ‘serving food’. Would you laugh at them?
The business of a newspaper is to publish ‘information in the public interest’. The business of a newspaper is not to decide whether they like your culture, and hence will publish the information you provide them with, to inform other cultures of such information. The business of a newspaper, like a restaurant, is to serve ALL cultures with quality product food (information in the public interest).
If the restaurant manager does not like people from the ANC, or the Radical Honesty culture, that is tough luck. They cannot choose whom they provide food services to, or which cultures they censor, because they don’t like individuals from that culture or political party.
Any restaurant, or newspaper, which serves its customers rotten food (information) or refuses to serve particular groups of people, should either be prosecuted to remove the rotten apples from such corporations, or should loose their license to practice that particular type of business.
If it Bleads, It Leads: The Newspaper Editors Maxim
Compare the study of Dr. Michael Maher: How and Why Journalists Avoid Population – Environment Connection (included in original evidentiary documentation in this case); to a study of the restaurant business titled: How and Why Restaurant Managers Avoid Informing Customers of their Rotten-Steak Connection. Imagine the latter study informs you that restaurant managers have realized they can use rotten meat, and pretend it is ‘steak’, and when they do so, and customers are too ignorant to know they are eating rotten meat, then the restaurant can make a larger profit, because obviously it is using rotten cheap meat, and pretending it is quality beef.
Or alternatively consider the study to be a study about Prison Guards, who choose to fill prison cells that have only 20 beds in them, with 40 prisoners; titled: How and Why Prison Guards Avoid the Population Beds – Cell Violence Connection. Imagine a Prison Official deliberately fills a prison cell with only 20 beds, with 40 prisoners, and then tries to tell you with a straight face, they did not think there would be violence between the prisoners fighting over access to a bed.
Dr. Maher’s study provides you with evidence how the media profit from the consequences of population growth colliding with scarce and depleting resources: crime (resource wars); and deliberately censor such information from their readers. When they publish stories on their front pages about blood and crime, murder and mayhem, their PROFITS INCREASE: “If it bleads, it leads’ is their maxim, meaning if the newspaper story includes ‘blood’, then it is placed on the front page (it leads).
They have NO INTEREST in telling the public the truth that one of the major consequences of population growth colliding with scarce resources is: crime (resource wars): POPULATION GROWTH COLLIDING WITH SCARCE RESOURCES. Newspapers are the major political lobbying group on behalf of population growth. Population growth colliding with scarce and depleting resources is a MAJOR CAUSE OF CRIME (RESOURCE WARS).
Now imagine if a prisoner filed charges against the prison official for their policy of overpopulating the prison cell, and thereby directly contributing to the resource war violence in the prison cell. This would be news: ‘Prisoner charges guards with causing violence in cell’.
Imagine if a customer served maggot-meat-steak, filed charges against a restaurant that served it maggot-meat-steak. This would be news: ‘Restaurant customer files charges: served rotten maggot steak’.
It is the job of an honest newspaper reporter to report on events that have occurred within his newspaper jurisdiction, so as to provide citizens with information about events in their community, to be able to make fully-informed decisions about how to go about conducting their business in their community.
A newspaper is required to publish information about charges filed against such newspaper, in the same way as they publish charges filed against any other business or individual. Withholding information about charges that a newspaper is serving its reader customers with rotten-maggot-information, is the same as a restaurant withholding information from its customers, that its steak is not quality steak, but in fact made from rotten-maggot meat.
Readers of a newspaper have a right to know they are being served ‘rotten-maggot-information’ in the same way that restaurant customers have a right to know the steak is not quality steak, but filled with rotten-maggot-meat; and when a restaurant or newspaper withholds such information, from its customers, that is FRAUD: “the unlawful and intentional misrepresentation or perversion of the truth, which can lead to actual or potential disadvantage or prejudice to another individual or group.”
