Thanks for your response. So your emails of (Tuesday, April 26, 2011 1:23 PM) and (Thursday, April 28, 2011 9:45 AM) should together be read as:

Judge Colin Lamont issues the following instruction:

"No further electronic correspondence will be received in this matter."

Thank you that is more clear. No ambiguity, about whose instruction it is.

Could you kindly provide the statute that Judge Lamont bases his authority on to refuse electronic correspondence; but to endorse written correspondence?


Simple Justice (Richard Klugar) Written Reasons for Request to Registrar:

Do you, as Registrar simply issue any instruction your Judge Lamont gives you, without requiring him to provide you with Simple Justice Reasons, or the statute for his instructions? What if he is corrupt (unauthorized abuse of authority) and giving you corrupt instructions? You just follow those corrupt orders; or do you have a responsibility to demand that he does not issue orders that are an abuse of his authority?

Tell me, why were foot-soldiers of apartheid prosecuted for following corrupt orders?

[Where] is Eugene de Kock, Clive Derby Lewis, dying of cancer in prison; and where is Schabir Shaick, Robert McBride and the hundreds of ANC cadres who committed necklacings? And how many of the country's Legal Generals are outraged?

Why have your Legal Generals implemented a legal system of 'Kaffir Law/Legislation' that provides citizens with the Inalienable ‘Right to Breed’ and Vote, but demands that Citizens need a Licence to Own a Gun, a Licence to Drive a Car, a Licence to Practice Law, a television licence, a credit licence, a licence to earn a living, a university exemption licence, a licence to fish, a licence to hunt, a liquor licence, a business licence, a marriage licence, etc, etc???

Why are SA's legal and political generals breeding human cattle youth bulges, which are the cause of 70-90% of the worlds violence????

What would happen if by some miracle, everyone tomorrow decided to stop committing crimes; and to resolve their disputes honourably face to face, without the need for courtrooms? What would SA Legal Generals and their legal foot-soldier parasites who encourage the breeding of crime and violence (), and keep problem solving solutions outside of their courtrooms; do if there was no more crime????

So, did you ask your Judge whether he could kindly provide you with the statute or reasons for his instruction to refuse electronic correspondence; but to endorse written correspondence?

Or can your Legal General Judge issue any order he wants, and you cannot be bothered to hold him accountable by demanding he either (a) provides you with the Simple Justice or statutory authority for his order; or if he refuses (b) that he issues his corrupt (abuse of authority) order to whomever he wishes to issue the order, himself.

If so, should I conclude this case is yet another case of ANC bootlicking judiciary supporting an indulgences-for-sale corrupt TRC FRAUD social contract, like TRC indulgences-for-sale ANC bootlickers; all kissing the boots of their Political General Masters: ANC politicians (The corrupt feel invincible in SA - Helen Zille, 04 February 2009, Politicsweb); the Constitutional Court is indulgences-for-sale corrupt (CCT 23-10, 06-11); and you and 'your Judge' Lamont have a pension to protect; so you might as well stick your snouts in the indulgence-for-sale corruption trough; and hence find any reason to ban Martin Luthers 95 Theses from your courtroom?

If not: Ms. Legal Registrar Foot Soldier; Could you kindly provide the statute that your Legal General Judge Lamont bases his authority on to refuse electronic correspondence; but to endorse written correspondence?

Please also ask your Legal General how his instruction to refuse electronic correspondence, but to endorse hardcopy printed correspondence is in accordance to Chapters 4 and 5 of the National Environmental Management Act, Act 107 of 1998?
