Dear Ambassador Rafter,

RE: SA woman granted ‘at risk’ visa in Ireland

I read that according to Ms. Victoria John, Ms. Jefferson has stated that:

“I believe the media spun my case out of control. I have very fond memories of growing up in South Africa. I am married to an Irish citizen and I was trying to get a five-year visa, which I now have.

”If I was to be deported, which I have not been, it would have been very hard for me to survive on my own in a country I left at a very young age.”

I read that the Irish government’s response to the media’s allegations that Ms. Jefferson’s alleged that she was at risk in South Africa because of racial discrimination; was:

Colin Wrafter, the Irish ambassador in South Africa, said that Dianne Jefferson was only allowed to stay in the country because she is married to an Irish citizen.

It is a little difficult for me to assume, that irrespective of the South African media’s deliberate and intentional suppression of the information and evidence of the low-level psychological warfare and genocide being committed against particularly white farmers; you, as the Irish Ambassador could be totally ignorant of such events.

So, I am forced to assume that either you are ignorant of aforementioned information, or if you are not ignorant and you are consciously aware of it; and if so: why do you participate in the South African liberal media’s conspiracy of silence? Which forces me to grant you the benefit of the doubt, that you are indeed unaware of the information.

Accordingly I hope you do not take offence if I provide you with some of the information that could provide you with hopefully enough of an impetus to request some of your intelligence staff, make further enquiries, if you so require, or give you an intelligence update on these matters.

For your information:

1. On 22 September 2009, a legal document (HC-WC 19963-09) was delivered to the Canadian Min. of Citizenship and Immigration, Mr. Jason Kenney, c/o the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, which included documentation regarding South Africa’s Unrepresented White Refugees (PDF[4]: Proof of Service PDF[5])

On 12 October 2009, a legal complaint was filed with the South African Human Rights Commission (WC-2009-0455BS), against various South African politicians, including two former ANC Presidents; with supporting affidavits from Dr. Len Horowitz, and Brad Blanton Ph.D.; accusing these State Officials of, among others: Crimes Against Humanity, Crimes Against the Peace, and the Crime of Apartheid; copied to the International Criminal Court: Office of the Prosecutor: Information and Evidence Unit (Complaint & Proof PDF[6])

On 28 October 2009, a complaint was filed with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, requesting his perusal thereof and referral of South Africa’s Unrepresented White Refugees; to UN Security Council, under Chapter VII of UN Charter; to Refer to ICC Prosecutor for Investigation (PDF[7], Copied to dozens of International Refugee Agencies[8])

On Fri 10/30/2009 at 12:52 AM; the International Criminal Court: Office of the Prosecutor: Information and Evidence Unit, (Copied to: SIS/MI6: Sir John Scarlett, c/o MI5) was provided with additional documentation (Subject: Att: ICC Prosecutor: Info & Evidence Unit (CC: Dep. Judge Adv. Gen., US Navy JAG Office), for aforementioned SAHRC complaint under Article 15 of the Rome Statute of the Intn’l Criminal Court, for the initiation of investigation proprio motu: information on crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court. According to the worlds largest security firm Group 4 Securicor CEO, Mr. Nick Buckles:

“.. South Africa was the most dangerous country in the world to work in -- ahead of Iraq and Afghanistan..”

Nobody denies the racial, religious and tribal antagonisms, in Iraq and Afghanistan which contribute to those places being very dangerous to live in. During the Northern Ireland ‘troubles’ nobody denied the Catholics and Protestants couldn’t stand each other.

But in South Africa, the fact that many blacks don’t want to live around whites or coloureds, and many coloureds and whites feel the same, and want to live around those who share their cultural values; unlike the ‘evil’ Apartheid government, under the ANC we are all being coerced and forced to pretend that we want to live with each other, when none of us want to, and we all very much resent being forced to. The ANC believe that they can take magnets and overcome the forces within them that push them apart.

As for the alleged violent and brutal crimes committed against whites, and white farmers, while a significant number of our population, are not happy to simply steal a cellphone, or whatever it is they are interested in stealing on that particular day, and to walk away; these ‘criminals’ prefer to stick around with their victims, by raping, sodomizing and torturing them for hours, with boiling water, irons, sharpened broomsticks, broken bottles, panga’s, etc; before viciously killing them. Even though a Pentagon official analysis of crime scene photo’s stated that such crimes are generally conducted by individuals trained – such as at Ft. Benning, or in this case a consequence of Camp Quatro, among others -- for such assymetrical warfare purposes. But, the South African media, know better, and according to them, this is ‘crime’, and the Pentagon Guerrilla Warfare official is delusional, because this has nothing to do with guerrilla warfare, the cause of this violence, is blamed on the same thing, everything our godforsaken hellhole of conformity and ignorance media morons blame everything thing on: ‘apartheid’.

War by proxy: Where asymmetric warfare is carried out (generally covertly) by allegedly non-governmental actors who are connected to or sympathetic to a particular nation's (the “state actor's”) interest, it may be deemed war by proxy. This is typically done to give deniability to the state actor. The deniability can be important to keep the state actor from being tainted by the actions, to allow the state actor to negotiate in apparent good faith by claiming they are not responsible for the actions of parties who are merely sympathizers, or to avoid being accused of belligerent actions or war crimes. If proof emerges of the true extent of the state actor's involvement, this strategy can backfire; for example see Iran-contra.[Wiki]

Are war crimes engineered and executed by the ANC regime against rural & urban Whites done under the guise of “crime”? What about the number of incidents which served to prove the SA state's direct and implicit involvement in these einsatzgruppen who commit their rural and urban terror - including one where actual training material and hard proof of secret training camps inside and outside of SA exists?

To conclude, my request to you is as follows: would you kindly peruse Boycott the 2010 World Cup: Truth & Justice, or Secession? (PDF [11]), documentation, and consider whether the South African citizens therein referred to, are victims of ‘crime’; or victims of ‘assymetric warfare’?

Should these matters concern your conscience; many white South Africans would be mighty appreciative if you could find the courage to express your concerns on these matters, either by confronting the South African government, with Ireland’s support for the Boycott 2010 World Cup: Truth & Justice; or Secession?; or by enabling ‘white refugee’ legislation for white Africans -- who are not wanted in Africa, but have nowhere to go -- to Ireland.
