Over the past 32 years human rights situation in Zimbabwe have been blatantly violated by a black government that masquerades as a champion of peace and democracy, thus the Mugabe regime has eroded all norms of 21st century civilization.

In contrast, Ian Smith’s Rhodesian era turns out to be better than "our" black government.

Most black Zimbabweans would now prefer Ian Smith as leader to Robert Mugabe – though the human instinct of freedom remains high on the agenda. The Mugabe regime has perpetrated serious crimes against its own people – black-on-black.

For what’s the purpose of freedom when freedom kills you, when freedom denies you free speech, when freedom kills your relatives, when freedom starves you, when freedom excludes you on tribal grounds?

London, UK (19-Jan-2011): An Application was filed with the City of Westminster Magistrates Court late yesterday, by a South African citizen in support of Dewani's case to oppose his extradition to South Africa. The Amicus Application accuses the South African Government of being a "criminal mafia parasite state that breeds and feeds crime, for political and financial benefit of the TRC FRAUD elite".

Shrien Dewani, 31 from Bristol is accused by the South African government of being the mastermind behind the murder of his wife, Anni Dewani (Hindocha), 28, when they were hijacked in Gugulethu, a township near Capetown on November 13, 2010.

The murder made world headlines, and four South Africans have been arrested, one (the taxidriver) sentenced to 18 years in prison. Dewani was allowed to return to Britain, but the SA Police subsequently charged him with being the mastermind. He says he is being used as a scapegoat to protect South Africa's tourism industry.

The Amicus supports a private prosecution of Mr. Dewani in UK Courts, with Impartial, Competent EU Judge and Jury, as the only means Hindocha & Dewani families will receive a free and fair trial, to determine Mr. Dewani’s guilt or innocence based on Descartian worldview concepts of evidence.

The Amicus Application states that the citizen's experience of going through multiple trials in South Africa, for the past nine years, where she has "never received anything remotely resembling a Descartian Heuristic / Western Civilization concept of a free and fair trial".

Denial is a defense mechanism postulated by Sigmund Freud, in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence. The subject may use:

• simple denial - deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether
  
  
• minimisation - admit the fact but deny its seriousness (a combination of denial and rationalisation), or
  
  
• projection - admit both the fact and seriousness but deny responsibility.

The concept of denial is particularly important to the study of addiction. The theory of denial was first researched seriously by Anna Freud. She classified denial as a mechanism of the immature mind, because it conflicts with the ability to learn from and cope with reality.

The concept of denial is important in twelve-step programs, where the abandonment or reversal of denial forms the basis of the first, fourth, fifth, eighth and tenth steps. The ability to deny or minimize is an essential part of what enables an addict to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, appears overwhelming. This is cited as one of the reasons that compulsion is seldom effective in treating addiction — the habit of denial remains.

AT LEAST three of several multi-million-rand bridges and roads built by Julius Malema’s company in ­Limpopo were washed away within weeks of their completion.

Now affected communities are ­demanding that authorities force SGL Engineering Projects to repair the shoddily built projects or take ­legal steps to recoup money spent on them.

City Press this week visited several projects developed by SGL – a ­company in which Malema holds majority shares – in Thengwe ­village, Mutale municipality in the Vhembe district; Tzaneen and ­Modjadjiskloof in the Mopani ­district as well as Lebowakgomo township at the Lepelle-Nkumpi municipality in the Capricorn district.

Apart from what appears to be poor workmanship in some cases, a section of locals employed to work on the projects complained that they were not paid for their services.

Other communities accused local politicians and municipal officials of having ignored repeated concerns raised about SGL’s sub-standard work.

ANC and municipal officials told City Press that some of the municipalities, including Greater Letaba municipality and Mopani district municipality, had paid SGL upfront ­before work was started on the projects. However, both municipalities denied paying SGL upfront.

Every new development in the Zuma saga serves to leave you more flabbergasted and incensed than the previous one.

On Wednesday he had the audacity to make the entire South Africa bear responsibility and accountability for his irresponsible bed hopping and the subsequent fruits of his lust. Not showing any remorse for his deeds, he lashed out at the media and organisations for informing the taxpayer that they have an extra mouth to feed and another concubine to maintain. In doing so he heaped the burden of his bastard child’s physical and mental well being on the Media and the citizens of this country, singling out those critical of his behaviour.

Instead of thinking about responsibility for not thinking about the family and child and their future well being, when he unleashed his “not so missing’ machine gun on a willing mistress or concubine, he disregarded the consequences of his actions and when the consequences dawned on him, he blamed the collective us.

After “reflecting” and realising, with the assistance of comrades wielding "recall" sticks, pointing out the error of his ways, that he did in fact cross the Zulu culture line, he “humbly” and expediently apologised.

One of the first people to accept his apology and extol his brave behaviour was none other than Helen Zille, a critic well known for her admiration of Zuma’s “warmth and presence. The reaction by Zille is not surprising, in the light of Zuma’s legendary ability to find woman willing to slovenly follow him and please him at the drop of a hat.

Once again millions will be suckered by a meaningless and expedient “humble apology”. Zuma will be forgiven until the next time, by when it will be even more acceptable to trade woman like Cattle.

Eight thousand lobsters and 4,000 portions of caviar were eaten last night at a birthday party for Mugabe which was broadcast live to a nation facing famine.

The £330,000 televised feast to celebrate the Zimbabwe president's 86th birthday came as crop failure and drought raised the prospect of widespread hunger in the poverty-stricken country.

The list includes 200 bottles of champagne (Moet & Chandon or 61 Bollinger preferred); 8000 lobsters; 100kg of prawns; 4000 portions of caviar; 8000 boxes of Ferrero Rocher chocolates; 3000 ducks and much else besides.

A postscript adds "No mealie meal" - the ground corn staple on which the vast majority of Zimbabweans survived until the country's collapse rendered even that a luxury.

Mugabe's political opponents, the Movement for Democratic Change, said the food served was enough to feed 50 villages.

The MDC branded the 12-hour all-night gala a 'senseless extravagance'.

Also on the menu were 200lb of prawns and 500 bottles of whisky.

Guests at the party in Bulawayo were entertained by a Jamaican reggae star flown in specially and more than 30 musicians.
