In my personal CommonSism Primitivist opinion, if you have the courage to challenge Industrial Civilization, and its primary driver: the United States, to embark on an international course of Sustainable Security; you shall have made one of the most fundamental contributions to the lives of this planet, and all of its species, by stepping infront of the Industrial Civilization suicide train. On Saturday (06) and Sunday (07) April 2013, the unregistered TYGAE Aex Political Party, based upon CommonSism and Aequilibriaex Jurisprudence principles, in South Africa submitted their CommonSism Primitivist MILINT Sustainable Security Options to Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un, Russia's President Putin, China's President Xi Jinping, America's President Obama, South Korea's President Park Geun-hye and General Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.; for resolution of N Korea and Industrial Civilization's Suicide Marches.

The Russian, American and North Korean Embassies in Pretoria acknowledged receipt of the MILINT Sustainable Security policies, including the offices of Director of National Intelligence: Mr. James Clapper, and United States Environmental Command Offices in Fort Sam, Houston, Texas.

The TYGAE Primitivist CommonSism submissions suggest that both North Korea and Industrial Civilization inspired by the West, primarily America are on Suicide Marches. Resolving these suicide marches requires international adoption of Sustainable Security Policies.

Sustainable Security policies being: [1] Industrial Civilization is on a Tragedy of the Commons planetary suicide march. [2] Only the international adoption of Sustainable Security policies can stop Industrial Civilization’s Suicide March. [3] National Sustainable Security policies: [3.1] Every Nation must draw up a Sustainable Security Plan, by 09 September 2014. Each nation’s Sustainable Security plans must clarify: [3.1A] Detailed analysis of what their nation’s ecological carrying capacity is. [3.1B] How they intend to require every citizen, corporation and organisation to reduce/maintain their consumption and procreation practices to remaining below carrying capacity. [3.1C] Their planned De-Industrialization and/or Primitivization Policies. [3.2] International Sustainable Security Peace Treaties: [3.2A] All ‘Peace treaties’ which do not require both parties to maintain their nation citizens’ procreation and consumption practices below carrying capacity, as a fundamental requirement for the credibility of the peace treaty should be considered ‘War is Peace’ Whore treaties, and null and void, and renegotiated. [3.2B] Any credible ‘Sustainable Security’ Peace Treaty, must require all parties to the Peace Treaty to maintain their nation’s citizens and corporations procreation, consumption and production practices below carrying capacity. Any nation which allows their citizens or corporations to engage in a breeding, consumption or production war, shall be considered to have declared war with all other Sustainable Security nations.

[3.1] The ANC and other Political Parties and African and European South African cultures adhere to AnthroCorpocentric dominant common law cultural jurisprudence, including its endorsement of AnthroCorpocentric Multiculturalism , or MultiCorpCultural Colonialism, in accordance to the dictates of Multinational Corporations.

[3.2] As dictated by Multinational Corporations, and their addiction to ‘Public Relations Image management’ and cultural colonialism hegemony, these parties assert that there is one and one only definition for ‘hate speech’, their corporate colonial masters definition. Similarly there is one and only one definition for ‘racism’; their corporate colonial masters definition. No culture is allowed its own cultural historical definitions for abstract concepts of ‘racism’, or ‘hate speech’ or ‘love’ or ‘hate’ or ‘reconciliation’; because everyone must be blindly obedient to the Corporate Colonial Masters and their Cultural Colonization of all cultures into Zombie Consumers, obedient to the Corporate Masters AnthroCorpocentric Legal Tyranny.

[3.3] A Legal Tyranny occurs in any society when its (a) jurisprudence has vague and abstract legal definitions, denying its citizens clear and concise simple language definitions for clear understanding of those particular terms, such as for example ‘terrorism’ or ‘exterminate’, or ‘communist’, etc; and/or (b) multicultural jurisprudence which adopts the dominant culture’s legal terminology of any legal concept, such as for example ‘hate speech’ or ‘racism’, as being the one and only legal definition relevant to all cultures; when in fact it is the dominant culture’s legal definition and is in conflict with minority cultures legal definitions; and does not recognize that minority cultures have different legal definitions for the particular concept.

Food for Peace / [Food Aid to Enable Our own Colonisation by Immigration]: Following World War II, U.S. agricultural surpluses reached alarming levels, and storage of excess grain cost the government millions of dollars per year--even as the food deteriorated and became inedible. A solution had to be found, and in 1954 President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed the Agricultural Trade Development Assistance Act into law.

The program, known as Public Law 480, benefited the U.S. by decreasing food surpluses and by creating new markets for its agricultural products....

Living in a Lifeboat: ..... Our experience with Public Law 480 clearly reveals the answer. This was the law that moved billions of dollars worth of U.S. grain to food-short, population-long countries during the past two decades. When P. L. 480 first came into being, a headline in the business magazine Forbes (Paddock and Paddock 1970) revealed the power behind it: "Feeding the World's Hungry Millions: How It Will Mean Billions for U.S. Business."

And indeed it did. In the years 1960 to 1970 a total of $7.9 billion was spent on the "Food for Peace" program, as P. L. 480 was called. During the years 1948 to 1970 an additional $49.9 billion were extracted from American taxpayers to pay for other economic aid programs, some of which went for food and food-producing machinery. (This figure does not include military aid.) That P. L. 480 was a give-away program was concealed. Recipient countries went through the motions of paying for P. L. 480 food -with IOUs. In December 1973 the charade was brought to an end as far as India was concerned when the United States "forgave" India's $3.2 billion debt (Anonymous 1974). Public announcement of the cancellation of the debt was delayed for two months; one wonders why.

"Famine-1975!" (Paddock and Paddock 1970) is one of the few publications that points out the commercial roots of this humanitarian attempt. Though all U.S. taxpayers lost by P. L. 480, special interest groups gained handsomely. Farmers benefited because they were not asked to contribute the grain -it was bought from them by the taxpayers. Besides the direct benefit there was the indirect effect of increasing demand and thus raising prices of farm products generally. The manufacturers of farm machinery, fertilizers, and pesticides benefited by the farmers extra efforts to grow more food. Grain elevators profited from storing the grain for varying lengths of time. Railroads made money hauling it to port, and shipping lines by carrying it overseas. Moreover, once the machinery for P. L. 480 was established, an immense bureaucracy had a vested interest in its continuance regardless of its merits.

Very little was ever heard of these selfish interests when P. L. 480 was defended in public. The emphasis was always on its humanitarian effects. The combination of multiple and relatively silent selfish interests with highly vocal humanitarian apologists constitutes a powerful lobby for extracting money from taxpayers. Foreign aid has become a habit that can apparently survive in the absence of any known justification.
