Individuals associated with the (i) International Peace Bureau; (ii) Norwegian Nobel Committee; (iii) Amnesty International; (iv) Human Rights Watch have made public alleged ‘Peace’ declarations regarding US v Manning court proceedings. They are hereby invited to provide the convening authority, court, prosecution and defence whether their ‘Peace’ declarations were credible MILINT Ecology of Peace declarations.
