Open Letter to President Jacob Zuma, from Transvaal Agricultural Union (TAU)

In exchange, the country's citizens are dependent upon and accept the integrity of the government of the land. Citizens pay taxes so that effect can be made of the Constitution's demands, which the government is compelled to undertake. The Social Contract must also be effected by ensuring that citizens live in security and without fear, that proper infrastructure is provided and that educational and medical needs are rendered.

The subsequent two legal documents in SA Court Records (High Court W. Cape and Constitutional Court) refer to SA's TRC-Hypocrisy/breached social contract, among others, as follows:

The defendant was charged with a political crime. She did not rise one morning and decide to become a criminal. She did not in fact start out as a criminal in any way but as an aggrieved citizen who was treated with malicious deliberate indifference persecution by her own government and its legal system. She was, and is, once again defending herself in that same legal system, yet it is a system that has failed her innumerable times with its deliberate indifference to the rule of law, and in fact should itself be charged with a crime for doing so. The defendant may have acted rashly, but she did have very good reason (self defence to political and legal persecution) and should not have been tried by a government that has already failed her and its citizens and so shown itself to be illegitimate. As of 07/07/07, the defendant no longer recognizes the ANC TRC Hypocrisy government as having any claim on her loyalty.

On 17 April two groups of modern day Lutheran Reveres, one in Sweden and another in Russia, delivered their ‘Here we stand. We can do no other’ messages to the Norwegian Nobel Committee's Multi-Culti Papal Rainbow Fascist Pharisees: the African National Congress (ANC).

Call it fate or synchronicity, but 17 April is the anniversary of the German Priest and Professor of Theology, Martin Luther's 1521 speech to the Assembly of the Holy Roman Empire at the Diet of Worms, where he refused to recant his teachings, thereby initiating the Protestant Reformation:

“Unless I am convinced by the testimony of the Scriptures or by clear reason (for I do not trust either in the pope or in councils alone, since it is well known that they have often erred and contradicted themselves), I am bound by the Scriptures I have quoted and my conscience is captive to the Word of God. African SIGINT Report on Murder of Eugene Terre'blanche: Political Pre-Planned Murder

Swartberg ISS completed African Signs/Afrika Tekens investigation into Mr. Eugene Terre'Blanches murder concludes that the murder was pre-planned with many signs, including one of the final red signal intelligence messages to ‘Kill the Mountain Man.’

Their analysis concludes that the motive was political, plausibly an attempt to unite their crumbling (due to service delivery anger) political support against the 'white gevaar/danger'.

They also conclude that the two alleged farm workers, the youth and Mr. Chris Mahlangu who were arrested for the murder, are not the individuals responsible for having committed the murder. The murderers came from Klerksdorp direction and waited for the final signal and right opportunity to commit the murder.

According to the African signs, signals intelligence information that they followed, to finally reach the murder scene, Mr. Terre'Blanches murder was pre-planned for a long time, and the murderers were just waiting for the right message to act.

They believe that the victim was overpowered and was first raped before he was killed. It is also possible that the murderers killed the victim first and then raped him.

In their opinion only a professional and thorough SAPS investigation will be able to determine whether the two workers are indeed the murderers, whom they conclude were only involved as information agents, for an external team of murderers.

It is a strange schizophrenic twist of fate that the editors and journalists whose propaganda insists that South Africa is a new democracy, thanks to having reconciled and forgiven; continue to spit in the face of 'reconciliation' by refusing to forgive two of South Africa's most hated and unforgiven men: Eugene Terre'Blanche and Robert McBride.

Furthermore barely weeks before Mr. Terre'Blanche's brutal murder over 140 of SA's Academic, Media, Political and Civil Society 'TRC' 'leaders' (sic) stated they had no objections whatsoever to the legal persecution and prosecution of a SA 'Kaffir sissie' activist, who alledges SA's TRC was a PR publicity stunt - Fraud.

Now if 140 of SA's leaders have no objections to the legal persecution and prosecution of a nonviolent white SA farmers daughter activist, formerly married to an African American, whose ideology is a commitment to Radical Honesty; i.e. sincere truth-telling and forgiveness. What do you think are the chances that any of these alleged TRC leaders are going to object to the legal persecution and prosecution of someone they refer to as a 'white supremacist' Mr. Eugene Ney' Terre'Blanche? Zero chance?

Known as the Suidlanders, they have identified easy-to-defend farmland around the country and are waiting, with packed bags, emergency rations, weapons and tents, for the signal from their leaders.

Danie Roberts, an AWB founder member who heads the Suidlanders in KwaZulu-Natal, said he had fielded "at least 500 calls" this week from panic-stricken Afrikaners wanting to join the organisation.

"Since last Saturday, I have hardly slept. People have been calling from all over, some of them wanting to retaliate, others panicking,'' he said.

Roberts said the past two years had seen a massive growth in membership.

"You have (ANC Youth League president Julius) Malema out there, and what he is saying is scaring people. He is driving Afrikaners to join us. You could say he is helping us."

Member families are instructed how to prepare emergency rations, tents, clothing, vehicles and other necessities and to be ready for attacks.

The Vryheid Suidlanders have found a stretch of land on the banks of the White Umfolozi River, bordered by a mountain range, for when "the situation becomes another 1838".

Do the media love violence, racial animosity? Do the media deliberately and intentionally ignore articles about non-violent activism, which favours sincere conflict resolution and problem solving; in favour of outrageous statements and acts of violence?

According to Mathew Kerbel, the author of If It Bleads, It Leads, a fundamental rule of television is: “It is a pretend medium.” I imagine much of his advice and criticism of television media is also applicable to print media. He refers to how journalists love stock phrases, which reminds you of that stock phrase we have heard in the past 5 days to describe the AWB and Eugene Terre'Blanche as 'white supremacist/s' (never defined); while Julius Malema is a 'firebrand politician'. Stock phrases.

Furthermore, he asserts the mainstream media have adopted their formulae from the Jerry Springer handbook, to titilate their viewers with confrontation and violence; with very little interest in thoughtful analysis. They prefer brevity, simplicity and shock value to depth, explaining complexity and finding sincere resolutions to problems. Makes me wonder: Did E-News adopt Jerry Springer show tactics by intentionally attempting to antagonize AWB's Mr. Andre Visagie, by deliberately denying him the opportunity to speak?

Oom Eugene's Symbolism & ‘White Supremacy’ of Military Honour: ‘Pres. Zuma, Do you Want a Race War?’

Way back in 2002-03, I met an incredible man, in a small town in the Northern Cape. He was my boss, and we would have endless political conversations, after work. He had been in the SADF police, on the Namibian border as a sharpshooter, a member of the Presidential VIP guard who guarded P.W. Botha and a member of the AWB. He was also an assassin for hire, about one of the 14 best assassins in South Africa at the time; so good he was occassionally hired by no less than the Freemasons. He was one of the most interesting and gentlemanly men I have ever met; but he was also someone whom I would never cross. This is a common theme I have found with honourable men; they do not hide who they are, they look you in the eye -- eyeball-to-eyball as Ollie North would call it -- and tell you their opinion, to your face. The only lawyers I have ever come across who value honour, are military lawyers. Honourable men, from what I can gather, live in accordance with the principles of a military code of honour: chivalry.

But if we strip chivalry of its romantic overtones and literary hyperbole, we find a code of conduct that held currency among the military elite of the era. At the core of this code stood an ideal that was certainly not characteristic to the Middle Ages alone: ‘[c]hivalry was often no more, and no less, than the sentiment of honour in its medieval guise.’ Thus to speak of chivalry is to speak of a military code of honour, which already sounds far less archaic. Honour, moreover, has played a key role in military thinking over millenia, so it does not seem out of place to talk about it with reference to modern warfare.

Do white South Africans perceive themselves to be victims of [persecution] because of their race (white South African)?

Email (below) from Dan Roodt, to Sunday Times, in response to their very unimpartial article, For Volk's Sake, about the alleged 'far-right' meeting held at Vegkop, to make a peaceful push for a separate homeland, and to put such to the United Nations.

Dear sir,

Your report (For Volk's sake) portrays the 300 people attending a meeting at the Vegkop battle terrain as of one mind, being "Afrikaner right-wing dinosaurs" supporting AWB leader Eugene Terre'Blanche.

However, nothing could be further from the truth.

I was invited to talk about the community safety programme I am involved in, for which I was labelled a "right-wing ideologue". I suppose if you are an AK 47-wielding militiaman barking orders in English to a septuagenarian Afrikaner granny you are about to rape and murder (as happens almost every day), the Sunday Times would call you a "left-wing angel".

While I do not subscribe to the more racially charged pronouncements made by some of the speakers, they must surely be considered mild in comparison to the likes of "Kill a Boer, kill a farmer" regularly sung by ANC office-bearers or even the presidential "Bring me my machine gun".

Whatever happened to freedom of speech or does it only apply to those who are antagonistic to Afrikaners and the Afrikaans language? The use of the term "dinosaur" in itself implies that all Afrikaners should by now be dead or extinct and their continued presence in this country is offensive to the majority.

However, it is also true that, regarding racial polarisation, South Africa finds itself in the slipstream of Zimbabwe and Namibia where Sam Nujoma recently said during an election campaign: "Being in the company of whites is like having a poisonous snake in your bedroom." Nujoma also castigated those whites who criticised Robert Mugabe, saying: "Whoever meets an Englishman, should beat him to death."

10 October & “The free Afrikaner” Journey to the Court of Justice, the Hague...

According to The Mail and Guardian, in The AWB Rides Again, the AWB, got some interesting ideas, among others:

In March last year the phoenix rose from the ashes. AWB leaders said they had been inundated with calls to reactivate the movement.

“The circumstances in the country demanded it. The white man in South Africa is realising that his salvation lies in self-government in territories paid for by his ancestors,” Terre’Blanche says.

On Saturday October 10, Terre’Blanche says, the far right will plot the way forward in South Africa at the Ventersdorp Trimpark. One ideal is to unite 23 right-wing organisations under a single umbrella that can take the fight of “the free Afrikaner” to the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

Last week Terre’Blanche spoke at a right-wing gathering at Vegkop, the monument near Heilbron, which commemorates the battle in 1836 at which 30 Voortrekkers under Hendrik Potgieter defeated the Matabele.

Ventersdorp is the home of The grave with eternal flowers: In the town cemetery is the grave of an Irish soldier, G. Shaw, who fought on the side of the Boers during the South African War. He was court-marshaled by the British authorities and executed by firing squad.
